All piping, pumps, wiring, hydraulics, electrical, electro-mechanical, waste, water, tankage, appliances, lighting, batteries, panel lights, sound and propane systems fully inspected and operationally checked end-to-end April 2023.

All hoses for wastewater and city water connections are new as are multiple RV Electrical adapters/converters, and power connections.

All fabric upholstery treated with professionally applied ceramic spray coating: hydrophobic compound bonds to stitching and fibers to repel/bead water and other liquids and therefore prevent stains from spills and leaks.

As pictured, 4 unused lawn chairs and exterior 110v distribution tower, convey with the RV.

Meticulously Maintained:

Under steel and aluminum awning (as pictured).

Owner built a second granite gravel drive for clean access.

Cab, coach and trim polished and without oxidation.

Driven only for short distances to cycle fluids and conduct maintenance checks.
